Please attach the
following to your application before mailing it:
- Title
Insurance Policy or Warranty Deed with
complete Legal description of the Property.
- Property Tax
Notice or statement of state equalized value.
- Homeowners Insurance Policy.
- Statement of
balance due on existing mortgage.
- W2 form for
the previous year and a copy of your most
recent pay stub and if self-employed or
retired, signed copies of your Federal Tax Returns for the previous
year.
- Divorce
decree (if applicable)
- Trust
Documentation (if applicable)
- Condominium
Association phone number (if applicable)

A property appraisal
will be ordered when the above documents are
received by Michigan Educational Credit Union. Upon
receipt of the appraisal, your application will be
considered for approval and the maximum loan amount
will be established.
