replacement for this service is e-Statements which is
available in our Home Banking service.

the following information regarding this change.
Statements
Online has changed to e-Statements and is only be
available inside of our free Home Banking service. The
e-Statement service is be available free of charge
and we think you will really enjoy this new way of
accessing your statement. Here are some of the benefits:
No longer will you need to maintain a
different password for Statements Online and Home Banking.
Once you're signed into Home Banking you will be able to pull
up your e-Statement without entering an additional password.
The format of the e-Statement is much easier
to read and understand.
It is much easier and safer to save an
electronic copy of your statement on your computer without
having to e-mail it to yourself. You can simply click on
'file' and 'save as', and save a copy of your e-Statement
anywhere on your computer.
Your e-Statement will also have links to
images of all your cleared checks right on the statement.
Just click on the check number to view an image of your
cancelled check.
There is no longer a need to have and maintain
the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view your statement.
Your e-Statement is presented to you in the HTML format and
only needs your browser software to display your statement.

If you are a Statements Online
user, but not a Home Banking user, please sign up for Home Banking
as soon as possible. You can
sign up for Home Banking by clicking on the link below and
printing the application. Once you have printed the
application please mail that to us or you may sign up for
Home Banking at any one of our four locations.

Each month (or quarter), MECU will e-mail you a brief message by
the second business day of the month to inform you that your
statement is ready to be viewed within Home Banking. That
means you’ll no longer have to wait a week or two to receive a
paper statement by mail. If you have a personal computer and
enjoy the convenience of Home Banking, you’re sure to enjoy
this modern statement alternative.

Besides receiving your statements faster, you’ll

- No fee for MECU’s
e-Statement service.
- The convenience
of 24-hour online access to your current statement plus
12 previous months.
- Security – your
statement can only be viewed within Home Banking using your account
number and password.

statements that are easy to read on your computer
screen.
The basic requirements
In order to access MECU Statements Online, you must have:
- A computer with Internet
access.
- MECU Home Banking access.

To make the most of our e-Statement service, we recommend:
- For printing speed,
print your statement in black and white or grayscale,
not color.
- For best results, use an
ink-jet or laser-jet printer to print your statement and
other attachments. Using a dot-matrix printer will
result in poor print quality.
