Login issues after the upgrade?

A cache refresh should resolve your issue. Here are some quick tips! 

A small portion of our members are receiving a system unavailable error page after logging into Home Banking. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue. 

Windows User

Step 1: Go to online.michedcu.org in your browser, you should see a login page

Step 2: hold CTRL and click F5

Step 3: close all browser windows

Step 4: open browser and attempt to login to Home Banking



MacOS Users

Step 1: Go to online.michedcu.org in your browser, you should see a login page

Step 2: hold Option +Command and click E 

Step 3: close all browser windows

Step 4: open browser and attempt to login to Home Banking
 

Chromebook Users

Step 1: Go to online.michedcu.org in your browser, you should see a login page

Step 2: hold CTRL+SHIFT and click R

Step 3: close all browser windows

Step 4: open browser and attempt to login to Home Banking
